that's right! the more there is no satisfactory and convinced answer, the more our economy is in danger? now, it should be how can we, the people survive? we are getting more and more impatient now because we are starting to suffer badly already.

"Malaysia is a place where reputation matters enormously and where bad press sticks." Tell me which BN politician has no shit on him/her. They still get voted into office and no local press even dares to bring it up. As to the PM himself, he has a blackbelt in bad reputation collection.

not easy to remove najib. as long as he keep denied and push it to dr M as his plot to bring the pm down, no matter what evidence u show to the brainless kampong ppls, they still support the PM. not to mentioned all the ministers.

Why not?

Posted by DreamCommander > 2015-07-08 08:41 | Report Abuse

The principle to be followed is: 'Innocent Until Proven Guilty'

It is NOT 'Guilty Until Proven Innocent'

Everybody better get that one right.

Posted by DreamCommander > 2015-07-08 08:42 | Report Abuse

The onus is on the ACCUSER to prove the guilt of the one that he has accused.

It is NOT on the accused to prove himself innocent.

Posted by DreamCommander > 2015-07-08 08:45 | Report Abuse

If someone accuses me of a robbery, or a theft, for example, it is the responsibility of that someone to prove me guilty. I do NOT hv to do anything. It is NOT my responsibility to prove myself innocent. This is the principle.

Posted by DreamCommander > 2015-07-08 08:47 | Report Abuse

All PM has to do is say, 'Where's your proof?'. That is all.

I know many fools. But I ain't one of them, for sure.

Posted by DreamCommander > 2015-07-08 09:08 | Report Abuse

If nobody can provide solid, undoubtable, unassailable proof of PM's guilt, then he is NOT guilty. It's as simple as that.

Tens of thousands of dudes can continue to defame him, slander him, mock him, diss him, whatever, until the cows go home ... But if they cannot provide strong, reliable evidence, then he remains INNOCENT.

Posted by DreamCommander > 2015-07-08 09:11 | Report Abuse

If DreamCommander & 50 of DreamCommander's friends accuse TommyZai of committing a crime, say rape, or drug trafficking, for instance, does that simple accusation - without solid evidence - automatically make TommyZai guilty?

Think again.

Keeping things simple:

Any director of a Bank or Broker needs approval from BNM; one main criteria is "fit and proper person"

A listed company and their directors can be hauled to court for improper and inaccurate reporting.

The sheer size of the transfers also breach AMLA reporting and controls.

The PM also being the Finance Minister and de-facto head of 1MDB cannot plead any ignorance to this.

If company directors are accountable for any breaches of the above why not the PM and Finance Minister and this is not even assuming any criminal acts.

Dont have to assume anything; look how companies get designated PN17.

These people cannot even account for the whereabouts of the monies(the rakyat monies) and paid exorbitant fees for the loans.Have they given one straightforward answer?
