as a regular AA flight taker, i want to slam TF for his idiot website,

in Full website, the security code is truely a joke. no one can read the running security code.
in mobile apps, keep prompting i did not select meal?
the only site works is on the mobile site, but the idiot things is i purchase infant ticket for both my baby at different name and it appear the same name and want me to look for CS to change it twice?

and unreachable customer service, take you hours to wait, they dont tresure your time....

i been in China few years now work, AA as a bench mark in Malaysia, in term of website experience and service falling far behind compare to china provider, alibaba, tencent, tuniu and other that i frequently used.

is a sad thing to see this kind of situation today, we are too slow...
