look at design village in batu kawan,for penang people wanna go there also consider so far and bored to go there but many from butterworth rather coming to queensbay mall in penang.if I staying in spore I rather go to ION orchard than go to Johor design village or ikea

Butterworth only got Ikea factory and that's all.

Cannot compare Butterworth with Booming Iskandar.

Go where economic development is going to boom in the next decade or so. Go with the smart money. That needs some foresight to decipher. Is it going to be Iskandar Johore, Butterworth Penang or Orchard Road Singapore?

KSL is the main beneficialry of Ikea opening. KSL has a few hundred acres on-going developments in that area. KSL are developing linked houses in Taman Bestari Indah and Taman Bukit Jaya which are very near to Ikea. The demand for linked houses are still high especilaly from those Johoreans who work in Singapore.
