從經濟學的角度來看，美國認為中國國營企業獲得政府補貼，是對的。中國若是真的沒有犯規，依據商業做法就是去美國設廠就行了，也不需要聒噪！但當然中國絕不會這麼做。中國也可以實施報復性關稅，有本事就明打明的幹吧！不過多年來中國的非貿易壁壘多如牛毛，也沒什麼有效的報復手段了。
特朗普這招非常高明，損人利己不說，還擊中對手的要害。中國經濟外強中乾，牽一髮而動全身，作好股市大幅下降的準備吧！
