Najib is in breach of contract when he stop the lease payment in 2013. Period.

But AG Thomas is so naive and incompetent to tell the world that Malaysia is in breach and offer to continues the lease payment in the hope that sultan Sulu heir will discontinues the arbitration.

As AG I expect him to twist and turn and lie thro' his teeth to protect the interest of Malaysia.
