Kenanga ib bank has turned positive on Tsh is a good sign after Hlb Research

They both do justice to Palm oil shares for a good change

Now only 2/3 completed and cash received is rm500 millions more or less

With the completion of bulugan land sale plus its own Rm340 mil cash after all proceeds received Tsh debt will be only a mere Rm62 millions

With Cpo at above Rm4100 Tsh will see further cash inflow to settle any remaining debt and will be a debt free entity.
Hopefully Tsh will follow in the footsteps of innoplant and give out excellent dividends in future.

And cash payout bonanza could also be expected as well if any of the 4 pieces in kutai/nusantara are sold in future.. Any one piece will bring in Billion $$$

Palm oil lands are appreciating assets and value can increase according to its usefulness

Palm oil to Townships

Of the above the repurpose of use from palm oil to Townships command the highest prices and very fortunately Tsh has 94700 acres in Nusantara the new admin capital of Indonesia

Tsh will move much higher by

Great results this month from

a) 3.99 sen profit left from Staggered sale of Sabah estates

b) Very good Ffb harvest this April to June (20.9% more than 1st qtr)

c) Cpo at world record Rm6552

barring unforeseen impairments this month should report better qtr than last qtr profit of 6.99 sen overall

Nov 2022 result will be even better as there is about 20 sen staggered profit from Bulugan land sale alone

Earning and stronger earnings are compelling factors powering up share prices
