China will take this this opportunity to emphasis quality rather than just quantity / GDP.

quality of life such as medical, environment, tourism, education, culture...not just manufacturing for the world will take special emphasis. There will be a refocus under Xi Jinping to reach Xi's target for 2049 which is first in all aspects not just GDP.
