Did you guys notice the "remuneration of the Executive Director" is growing too much since 2013? Year 2012: 436k acceptable ok. Year 2013: Increase to 1.48Million... Year 2014: 2.1Million... Year 2015: Almost 2.4 Million which is more than 13% of the profit of year 2015. Isn't this too much because the profit is not growing much relatively. If profit growing 6 times, i think most of us are okay.
