Finally Willow's earning is able to outperform yoy and qoq.

Look at the MRT stations that are almost completed, this is the time whereby Willow can book in revenue for the installation of cctv.

Focus Malaysia had a write up on Willowglen last week (April 2-8 issue).

Highlights:

- Targeting revenue of RM200-300m in 5 years time.

- FY16 target revenue RM130m.

- Tendering RM400-500m jobs, hopes to get 30-40% of jobs tendered.

- Banking on infrastructure projects, particularly transportation.

- Tendering for LRT3 project, much bigger than the LRT Ampang and KJ extesion line projects which were previously awarded to Willow.

- Targeting Singapore's common services tunnel project worth S$40m.

- Willow became one of the few Scada vendors for Tenaga recently.

- Plans to market products of its recently acquired Canadian company Willowglen Systems Inc, globally.

- Net cash RM44m, 26% of market cap and 36% of shareholders' equity. Debt free since 2003.

- Ex-cash P/E of about 7x, high FCF yields and ROE.

- MD Wong Ah Chiew strong local connections in the construction industry is a positive for Willow.

“TNB is the biggest user of SCADA in the country and we believe it spends a few hundred million ringgit on it,” Wong said.

“This will be very significant for us if we do get them,” he added.

Willowglen had also supplied SCADA systems to the two light rail transit (LRT) projects at the Kelana Jaya and Ampang lines and is eyeing the LRT3.

On a related matter, Wong said the company usually tenders for RM300mil to RM400mil worth of jobs in a year.

“Our outstanding orderbook at the moment is about RM160mil, but this is a very dynamic figure and it can change very quickly,” he said.

The company is also looking at possible opportunities to participate in the upcoming KL-Singapore high-speed rail project.

He said Willowglen usually plans for a 20% dividend payout ratio to shareholders every year.

“Some of our shareholders have asked for a higher payout, but we prefer it for working capital. At the moment, we have very adequate working capital,” Wong said.

Did you guys notice the "remuneration of the Executive Director" is growing too much since 2013?
Year 2012: 436k acceptable ok.
Year 2013: Increase to 1.48Million...
Year 2014: 2.1Million...
Year 2015: Almost 2.4 Million which is more than 13% of the profit of year 2015.
Isn't this too much because the profit is not growing much relatively. If profit growing 6 times, i think most of us are okay.
