As long as the minority like us don't sell cheap to the 55% of them, it can't go to 80 cents. Unless the 55% want to sell cheap then we collect lor, then their share holding will be less than 55%. Back to square one.
normally, u wil wnat to delist if the NTA is much more value than share price, in this case NTa only rm 0.58, no gain for owner to delist, better keep listed, no worries

Interesting statement. But let us see the truth.
When I share my view that Willow was a good investment exactly 4 years ago, it was trading at 53 sen as shown in this link
Stupid to ask such question. Wish you go bankrupt follow blindly sifus here buying Willow. 1.27 now don't want wait 80 sen?
skybird can small investor reject the offers if he manage get 80% to sale to him at 80 cent ? or small investor must sale to him at 80 cent after he manage to get a thresold of shareholding ? 13/09/2017 11:09
Type Announcement Subject TAKE-OVERS & MERGERS (PARAGRAPH/RULE 9.19 (47A)) Description WILLOWGLEN MSC BERHAD ("WILLOWGLEN" OR "THE COMPANY")
RECEIPT OF NOTICE OF UNCONDITIONAL MANDATORY TAKE-OVER OFFER FROM RHB INVESTMENT BANK BERHAD ON BEHALF OF NEW ADVENT SDN BHD ("NEW ADVENT") The Board of Directors of Willowglen (“Board”) wishes to announce that Willowglen has on 12 September 2017 received a notice of unconditional mandatory take-over offer (“Notice”) from RHB Investment Bank Berhad on behalf of New Advent (“Offeror”) to acquire all the remaining ordinary shares in Willowglen not already held by the Offeror and its persons acting in concert, amounting to 109,500,093 ordinary shares in Willowglen (“Offer Share(s)”), representing approximately 45.0% of the total number of issued shares in Willowglen (excluding 4,673,400 treasury shares), at a cash offer price of RM0.80 per Offer Share.
A copy of the Notice is attached herewith and will be posted to the holders of the Offer Shares within 7 days from the date of this announcement.
Just a passing storm, basically the majority shareholders had sold down their share holdings previously and have bgt back to consolidate control at 55%, but need to comply with regulation to make MGO. with solid control at board level, they can focus on buliding up the company P&L even if drop to 80 sen, ( not likey as market price is way above n the smart 45% is collecting at rm1.28 level), do u think the owners will let it remain at 80 sen ?
just think in this way, why major share holder transacted 22.92% bulk stack on 80cent a piece? it is just left hand to right hand, purely to trigger MGO on much lower price from market price.
refer to OSKProp, it had been triggered MGO on 80cent, RM1.2, RM1.8.
Every unfair MGO, plus pressing down share price for very long term, will gain the fox higher and higher % until the fox fully swallow the whole company
wont expect Willow to be taken down on first MGO, but really not worthy to invest in this Fox who not willing to share benefit with minority share holder
valid point, but one shd not sell at loss in anger n disappointment, if can hold, better to wait until offer period ends in 21 days, n seem how it goes. no immediate danger of being delisted bcause bcause NTA of 58 sen n owner paid 80 sen. owner still need to keep listed n minority support to boost share price. in near future
