Netx each year is with Loss .. desperate fund raising by ESOS 5 times within Dec 2018 to March 2019 ... instead of rewarding employees with monetary but get money from employees ex at 2 sen ..

Gem start up with 25 millions .. 15.3 million is from 1 billion PP shares in 2019 but only 850 million shares are subscribed . Latest FY19 Q6 Revenue is RM 33,000 ...FY19 is at Loss RM 29 millions .
