I am still not convinced. I still think it is a bluff because the warrant it still too low at 12 sen and conversion is 10 sen. so if mother is say 45 sen son will be about 35 sen approximate gain of 23 sen per share or nearly 192%. These directors are businessmen and they won't be so generous. Anyway wish those having them good luck.

This is what I call "Malaysia Boleh" n always the minority people like us r the victim !!!! How can the Board not aware since Jun this year? How come Mr Chin decided to increase his holding by more than 2% ..... When there is smoke there is always fire !!! If the Board accept the inilltial offer 0.55 , then clearly a deal was done prior to press release "........

just now i ask my agent about this news, he said it is true. But he no give me answer either i still can kept my ingens share or throw it off. Means he also not so trust on this announcement from bursa. Yesterday ingens announce they are not link with ninetology but today announce the main shareholder willing to sell on hand share to ninetology. WHAT THE STORY they tell? I really aware on this news.

hi.. if Ninetology buys 40% shares, it will trigger General Offer bcoz more than 33% ruling.. and on top of that they have bought some from the open market.. so taking this company private is possible.
