Better not limit up just to save a life of innocent bro who sold off 740 last Fri b4 budget 2020 released ( likely who lost confident for PH)
Besides u got 12" ( morning limit up cut 3", afternoon session another limit up again cut ", Tues morning third limit up cut more 3", still 3 " left) so far so good. But last thing I need share is my last bal absorbed is @ 740 matched all ( little amount). 1.5 c @ Netx.

The news already come in,market makers know it in advance.Maybe last 1-2 weeks there know.Limit up maybe no.Gradually yes.Opcom is after the middle of the upward.Above rm 1 not easy to breaks.

i think the fiber issue is just an allocation. the rural one will use vsat which benefit TM. but connection is an issue due to latency of the vsat service.
