Look like resistant at 1.6, someone don't want up so fast, if steady one day up 3~6cent with <5M share will soon move up to $1.7 level.

Yesterday EPF dispose 219K to make the price drop & collect 821K at lower price & already cummulate 90.5M share (7.6% of total share). That mean current price still can collect more ??
Morning at upper side, run until afternoon drop, today will do the same & can collect at afternoon ?
