Ocncash commented that price of non woven fabric rose 1,100%. However, this does not mean the increased will reflect more profit for ocncash; as it needs to purchase RAW MATERIALS at higher cost of 1,100% due to global shortages. I dont anticipate the price of this stock should go up due to poor 4th quarter result.

non woven rose by 1100% doesn't means RAW MATERIALS rose 1100% too.in fact,the price of resin was drop sharply by 4th quarter last year.so far in 1st quarter,resin price had rebound a bit but remain at weak level since the demand is weak due to plastic usage is dropping.

Crude oil price is low and will contribute to cheaper resin used to produce non woven.

IF ocncash produce non woven material, then they will reflect good profit in the next quarters.

But if they import non woven materials from other countries , then non woven price increase will eat into the company's profits.

Sometime when the price suddenly spike up, we should take our profit or at least part of it, we don't know when it will go back again. Even though we love it and have confident on it, but the uncertainty in the market always exceeds our expection..
