Let us not forget their insulation business. Demand will be reduced, factory probably shut-down during MCO. Will the non-woven business be able to cover the insulation business?

balvin71, Now everywhere in Malaysia, especially asia is lockdown due to Covid.

When factories lock down, employees are paid for a period of time. But some machines (depend on employees negotiation with ocncash) if they run some machines or R&D in contained area will run silently. Nobody knows. Of course smaller scales.

Now, employees are fearing of losing their jobs because most are forced to take unpaid leaves now.

If you follow banker's projections, and all your buy sell based on banker's analysis, you can officially declared PN17.

Look at how they degraded econbhd to 24 c before in year 2018. They did it over and over and on the same year itself, econbhd bounced to 85c.

Princenato, thank you for sharing the analysis.

AffinHwang target price of RM0.14 seems very low. I don't believe they took into account the non-woven part of the business. Even if we double that to RM0.28, seems on the low side, but acceptable as a worst possible case situation.

If it ever goes to RM0.14, I will refinance my house and invest all in OCN. Hahaha. Time will tell.

@balvin71 hahaha, i will do the same!!! It was meant as a word of caution only, as it seems to me the goreng kaki still in this counter and some still spreading the rumor of how OCN can fly because of face mask.

I have been trying to come out with a target price for OCN, see what is a good price to go back in. The Affin Hwang target price seems to be very much on the lower side.

Non-Woven seems to be in play now. Say their non-woven demand increases. But production will be limited as number of employees allowed to work is subject to 50% under MCO. With overtime, they can have higher capacity. And non-woven margins would have improved. Do they have sufficient raw-materials? Any supply disruption? Unfortunately, manufacturing activity for felt has more or less halted. Zero revenue with overheads.

These are my thoughts, anyone can share their in-sights.

The gradual trend up from 0.30 low looks like accumulation phase by buyers. Entered at 0.42 hope to see a breakout above 0.435. The glove stocks in play so this could be next.
