Market sentiment no good. Bursa in sombre mood adter MCO 3.0. Many penny stocks also same down like VC. Have to wait for next 2 QR only can see better result after paid the bank loan. can expect some saving in few million per year is business still be able to generate same income like last 3 qtrs. no other choice as many cutloss. Long term shareholder only follow madam long term. Madam jia you. We always with you. You sink we sink. you cloat we float. lol

At RM0.105 VC market capitalisation is only RM70M. RI injected RM57M into VC coffers. VC 3rd Qtr results current assets RM283M Current liabilities RM138M If VC have no future CSY will not subscribe for 102M RI & pump in RM17M

hahaha...longterm shareholder saw the price from 27d ( before consol) drops to now 10s (after consolidation) meaning the actual price now is 2.5s... who cares about it is debt free if you are losing money...except madam of course.. that is why none of the board members hold any shares

Simple language. QR not good lah. Only concern expenses suddenly increased alot more than last qtr. Made huge impairment on property development land n Money lending divisions that why with more than 11mil losses in the last Qtr. Only good thing is bank loan left 48mil with the repayment from the last 2 PP. After RI in 1st qtr FY 2022 most likely bank loan wlll be cleared in next QR. Short term player dont play with the operator lah. Mostly will cutloss or trap one. Only oldies know how to play with the sly operator. Madam Jia you abit lah. Have to wait next QR to see how the company performance. Hope no more raise fund lah. Sentiment at the lowest already. Now only worth 10sen that is 2.5 sen prior to consol. VC lowest sentiment was at 8sen that is 2sen b4 consol. I wonder Madam can still survive the margin call if the price drop to 8sen and below. Hope she can lah. Bcos her hubby so rich can support her lah. lol

When compare VC annual results this year with last financial year VC is doing not too badly The losses this year is (RM11,361M) compared to last year (RM12,419) Total assets is now RM318,246,000 compared to RM266,358,000 last year. Total liabilities this financial year is RM139,319.000 whereas last financial year total liabilities was RM145,520,000. NTA is now RM0.5363. Last financial year NTA was 0.2509. VC is undervalued at current price of RM0.10 which is only RM0.025 prior to share consolidation when VC financial standing in now better. Do not forget going forward for 1st qtr next financial there will be an injection of RM57M from RI. At RM0.10 VC is only 20% of its NTA
