VSolar in JV to build 10MW biogas energy plant
VSolar Group Bhd has entered into investment and shareholders agreement with KRU Energy Asia Pte Ltd, Rangkaian Iltizam Sdn Bhd and Kenneth Lee Wai Tong to jointly develop a 10 Megawatts BioMass/BioGas Energy Generation Plant.
Financial management and accounting functions of the joint venture company including all payments and receipts will be determined and managed by VSolar .
The JVCo, RI will take up a 35% stake,while Lee will take up 5% and VSolar will hold the largest stake at 60 per cent in the joint venture company .
VSolar the JVCo will build own and operate the plant.

Bullish RSI and MACD indicators currently signal reasonable entry level, with anticipation of continuous improvement in both momentum and trend in near term. Should resistance level of RM0.115 be genuinely broken, it may continue to lift price higher to the next resistance level of RM0.135.

However, failure to hold onto support level of RM0.100 may indicate weakness in the share price and hence, a cut-loss signal.
