Orion just issued the circular to shareholders with details. They also mentioned the JMI healthcare project which they hope it would be awarded by 2nd quarter 2021.

Let’s argue with facts, 21 July 2020, Encik Elias subscribed 49mil shares for RM 0.054, on 23 July 2020, yes you read it right, after subscribing it for 2 days, Encik Elias sold all of shares on open market between RM 0.08 - RM 0.07. Earned for around RM 1million.
Prove me wrong with facts, thanks conman spactator.

1. NTA 12 sen. 2. Warrants conversion 17 sen (expiry 1 year) I potentially see the price to stabilise at 20 sen to ensure the pricing of the 30% PP is fair. it would also allow the warrant holders to covert, which would directly bring additional funds into Orion.

DONT BE A FOOL, THE WARRANT WILL EXPIRED IN ONE YEAR. IF ORION MOTHER SHARE PRICE COULDNT EXCEED RM 0.17 (even breaking RM 0.11 seems impossible now), ALL YOUR WARRANT WILL BE EXPIRED AND WORTH LESS THAN A PAPER.

NTA=12sen. The conversion price of warrants is 17 sen. No of warrants 232,927,485. If converted RM39 million into Orion. (Expiry 26 July 2022) For Orion to benefit, the price needs to be >20 sen for warrant holders to convert.
