Those keep wanting to pluck fruits immediately have to go look for other companies to punt. Every huge business start-up begins with obtaining loans which are granted because they are confident of the future prospects. Your parents invest in your education because they believe in you. If nobody gives you a chance, you can't be what you are today. Everyone of us took a loan as soon as we are born. Don't take your parents money for granted.

i checked their PP submission date to the SEC. its on 13 aug 2020

from their Gpacket announcement: -

ESTIMATED TIME FRAME FOR COMPLETION
Barring unforeseen circumstances, the Board expects the Proposed Private Placement to be completed within 6 months from the date of approval from Bursa Securities.

they submitted to SEC on 13 aug 2020. approval roughly 1 month i think
THEN they can choose to do the PP at their leisure

hence i think now nobody cares about GP thats why price ding dong

Usually PP can be done within a month, so it's a faster way to raise funds, unlike rights issue that can take up to 6 months

Puan is an arsehole...lose alot because of him..everytime he announces something good, the following week he will dispose his shares ! Go check for yourself , he just did it last month after announcing good news where he dispose 30 million shares on 8/7/2020 !
