Good morning. Thought I share on the Corona Virus effect on manufacturing:

1. About 15% of our auto braking plungers are sent to China while the rest goes mainly Europe, Brazil, Mexico and USA. So with the health situation in China, we suspect some delays in shipment in the coming months til the situation recovers.

2. We will retool the affected automotive CNC machines for HDD compo FORnent manufacture.

Very efficient management to retool the machine for HDD product while temporarily drop in demand. When the auto demand coming back the machine can set back to auto mode or even buy new machines. No problem at all.

On 16th January there was the BI announcement with attachment circular. Please read section 4.4

The Proposed BI is expected to be completed by 2nd Quarter 2020 ( April to June).

The process involves a DDWG (DD working group) comprising lawyer, IB, company sec and company reps to go through the particulars of company. Submission of application to Bursa is soon. The planned EGM is on same day as AGM on 17 March 2020.

Early April we expect completion of BI.

We are running a PLC not a kopitiam so its takes effort and time.

Capacity triple with orders from new customers and continue support from existing customers, year 2020-2021 is great year for Notion.

Our suppliers saw many orders and almost 210-250% increase. Must be good business.

Bonus issue is good when share price reach new high..

At closing, huge number of buyers. UWC after bonus, price up. So Notion with prominent Dyson buyer plus Electronic Brake System and other orders, should be good to buy. Revenue for this year expected to be above 300 million and also receive fire compensation. Bonus coming soon.

This year, we have moved away from being a pure machinist
to now include fabrication works as part of our core business.
Procurement of a high profile European customer in the
Electronic Manufacturing Services should auger well for

The Automotive segment is expected to grow following the
addition of three new multinational customers in 2019. We
are however not positive about the HDD segment which will
remain stagnant and the Camera segment is anticipated to
continue its downward trend.

To cater for the increased demand for our products we
budgeted a capital expenditure of RM25 million and barring
unforeseen circumstances, the management targets to
achieve a revenue of RM320 million for the financial year
ending 30 September 2020.
