They export majority of the prawn to korea and china, so MCO in Malaysia did not effect their market. Covid cases in korea already reduce and under control, same with china.
But i'm not so sure about supply and transportation in sabah whether it will distrub their production and export.

Redeemable convertible normally issue to the other party instead of cash to pay for debt, buy land, buy factory and such.
As and example company buy land price rm 100
They issue 100 rc to land owner at rm 1 per rc
The land owner can keep it or convert to mother share.
If the currrent mother share price rm1.50 then the land owner make profit rm50.
When the land owner convert RC to mother share, issue share will increase and dilute shareholder earning (EPS become lower)
Example company share 1000 unit, when land owner convert all RC. The company share = 1100 unit
If company earning did not improve EPS will become lower. But if the earning growth, its no issue.

In case of MAG RC, the convertible price are rm0.20. and the current mother price also rm0.20. This mean that the RC owner believe that to own mother share is better and see upside to the mother share price.
The company earning will growth as they use the rc to invest in prawn farm.
