Alice Tey,you talk like a silly woman,any company that jv with another co must have a clear provision that if it doesn't commence work within certain period it will terminate the contract and no landowner is so stupid to tie itself with some one with no land but paper contract.There must be a provision for either party to discharge from obligation and lawsuits.
Good,nexgram jv with other developers to build their properties on their land.

@fam, sure, the "transaction collapsed because Protasco did not perform" but it "coincidentally" collapsed after Tey and Ooi got sued for breaching fiduciary duty.
