I think 9 sen is safe entry price at this moment bcos of strong support at 8.5 sen! Actually I already start to accumulate it at 9 sen since last week.

We can't get 8.5 sen bcos big shark q faster than us even though I q 1 week in advance! So don't throw 8.5 sen to them if you r not contra player. And DON'T PLAY CONTRA at this period pls!!!

Better we buy it now before it's moving up if you really believe it will up!

Right Issue - discounted price offer rights for existing shareholder to buy more share within specific time offer, such fund raising action will drag down the existing shareholder price value, for existing shareholder may opt to exercise the rights or, selling off the rights to other investor (depending on the specific offered right issue condition that is allowed)

when right issue and free warrant flooding the marketplace, you will see more seller price activities than true investing buyer

Hi POP8872, the rights issue price is remain 10 sen even though current price is 8.5 / 9 sen.

I think the small players like us will not subscribe the rights share if the price is < 10 sen after EX-date! The subscription price of rights share is at least 10.5 sen!

Anyhow, the Nextnation price after EX-date will be remain the same as previous closing price if its price is < 10 sen!

2 rights (0.10 subscribtion price) : 4 existing shares. The correct calculation should be for instance:
before ex date shares price is 0.09 (4 X 0.09 + 2 X 0.10)/6 = 0.093
before ex date shares price is 0.10 (4 X 0.10 + 2 X 0.10)/6 = 0.100

@chleong, based on your calculation, the share price does not change much before and after the right issue? The only benefot of subcriding the right issue is to get the free warrant? Is there any other benefit?

My advice to Erica,
If you are in this rotten ship, you should think how to get out fast before whole ship sink into sea!
Your only way out not to loose all your money is ......
First thing early in the morning of 23/12/13 you quickly sell off all 15000 mother and 7500
OR shares remember give all to buyers,if you lucky still can sell 9 sen if not 8.5 sen also must throw!! Hopefully the OR can throw 3 sen !
If you miss this date I am worry you might kena trap for life this share which will trade 7 to 9 sen

my view remain the same !!!!
remember clear all OR n mother !!!
like this your loss is minimised, better than trapped for life(very difficult to play up again because they play out ppl too many times)
shift your money to better stock for recovery the loss, slow never mind but at lease can sleep well !! you think this share can put you good sleep ??!!

My advice is:-

Sell your Nextnation-OR to get back some money if you don't want to subscribe the rights share.

But don't sell your nextnation shares at < 8.5 sen after Ex-date becos the big sharks is very happy to see you throw cheap shares to them!

The share price won't go down to < 8.5 sen if we don't panic sell our mother shares!

i afraid Harvard could be correct, the dairy selling is increasing since announce of x date.
from my judgement this type if penny stock after x will be trading @ 8.5 again, after ceasing of OR trading, then only will slow sell down to 7 sen.
