mmaker, do you think the big sharks / BOD will throw their shares at < 8.5 sen if their subscribed rights share price is minimum 10.5 sen (10 sen right share + 0.5 sen OR)?

Although they can get free warrant at average 2 sen per lot mother share (assume new warrant trading price is 4 sen; 2 rights share : 1 warrant)

Their total subscription cost after deduction of 2 sen warrant price is still at least 8.5!

Maybe before listing of new rights share, the big sharks / BOD will try to push up the share price to > 10 sen to unload their subscribed rights share.

Yes TuaHuat, for instance, you will entitled to get 5000 OR shares if you have 20000 nextnation shares after Ex-date even though you r not subscribe the rights share.

I think Nextnation-OR will be trading at 0.5 - 1.0 sen if the mother share price still below 10 sen after Ex-Date.

Better sell OR share and don't subscribe the new right shares if mother share < 10 sen!

Anyhow, don't sell your mother share after Ex-date.

We just let the big sharks / BOD to subscribe the new rights share.

I think the rights issue will be failed or cannot achieve the min. subscription rate if they also don't want to subscribe the new rights share!

i think this share better sell !!
after selling so much out @9 sen,now sellers become 8.5 sen !! and non stop coming out! This share got no big share holder, 80% free float are looking for prey !!i just read their proposal, harvard57 is correct this right issue got no under writer !!! you buy how many rights also boss will give to you,you dont buy also never mind,boss just no bother because he willing to undertake 120 million shares only.
i think margin holder will keep disposing until x-date to cut further loss !!!

For me, it's safe to buy the counter which is bearish condition not bullish bcos less risk dan downside is minimum.

I think the lowest price it will drop is 8 sen! I will double top up if it's really dropped to 7 sen!!

sometime we must accept that a counter is gone,we need to decide quickly how to prevent further loss !! If we keep hoping it will go up next day by posting n posting telling the world "tomorrow" will up, i dont think it can help us to recover our loss !!! No point talking here if drop to 8.5 sen i will whack million shares !! in actual fact i notice when they start dumping 8.5 sen,all buyers run for life !! there was plenty of hidden sellers @ 8.5 sen!!! You remember RA also same it drop from 7 to 6.5 to 6 to 5.5 to 5 to now 4.5 also done ! you check DVM also same !!!
actually many penny stocks are like this liow lower n lower n lower !!!!!!! BETTER DONT TOUCH those penny stocks which NOT making profit !!!!
No profit already bad,no dividend also bad,the WORST is give private placement !!!!!!!! I hav notice 90% of penny stocks gone case is because of directors throw out private shares !!!!(this private shares are actually issue to directors themself through proxy !! Dont forget even they throw less than issue price so what ??!! they still got big salary n allowance !!! By right all listed company which cannot make profit, they should cut their salary n allowance !! But in bursa they keep issue right issue for their salary !!!
