Dear Allenlee, the so called directors still playing with the counter...selling and buying..it is a disadvantage to small ikan bilis like us. I am not buying and selling my shares. Let them play among themselves. They have to be voted out from the company then you can see the true value of ESceram.

I m curious to know...
1.How strong is the management team. Is it getting stronger or weaker..?
2.Has the new substantial shareholders (nss) being given seats at the board of directors.?
3.have the nss add value to the company or play any new or positive roles in the company.
I hope for the best in the company bcos i m a interested shareholder.

I believe the new shareholders are not in the board of directors. The management team is stil very strong with bright future of transferring to main board targeting this year. As a shariah compliant stock very soon. Both Dato Kamal Tan n Wong Fook Lin are stil holding the biggest shares. Having NSS, is just a bonus

yes, the next few qr will be great but the price went up to .95 was due to dato karim rumour. great qr wont have that effect. looks like it will be a very slow climb to rm1

Let's say the recent quarter EPS is maintained for 3 more quarters (conservative estimate): 1.82*4 = 7.28 EPS, so at current price of 70 cents, PE<10. Considering this is a growth stock and we're expecting higher volume and ASP in the coming year, (spot market for formers), then this stock is going to be way undervalued. Parked at 69.5 to collect more today. Just hold and don't get scared by the operators who are trying to average down.
