Actually strong RM is beneficial for ES Ceramics, since their raw materials are imported (i.e. ceramics). They sell their product mainly locally (Malaysia + Thailand). With lower average FX rate, this Q should have less cost pressures.

No sign of rebound yet but I see the price is some how settling down. Can do some average down & wait for the rebound.

But then, Looking at the last 3Qs result, don't have too much confident its going to something loud coming Q4, This may be the reason that the price dived down badly since July last year.

This company business manyak-manyak susah to understand. hand glove former = mold? ceramic mold. Ceramic element beri-beri stable properties by my engineering knowledge. The ancient Dynasty's ceramic porcelains & vases can lasted thousand of years without any deterioration in the original properties when unearthed.

If the above is truth , the production of this so called ceramic glove former are only necessary only if there is expansion of factory / new production line - because there are hardly any replacement / consumable needed on stable material or human error ( hand former broken during human handling ).

In short, this company are too reliance to the rubber glove industry expansion. Unless, there are some expert who can come out & explain how this rubber former life cycle work , the future of this company capped at certain limit. It would be best to stay away until this uncertain element is cleared.

He's also said that ESCeramics do not focus on meeting the expansion needs of customers, but rather the recurring income found in replacements.
