Truthseeker: how did u get smrt overpaid to megb? They bought with 0.60 but now value is 0.67, I'm fact they gain 10%+ paper profit. Furthermore, Would u buy a company if u do not have confident to turn it around?

I suggest not to hantam people, we all know, nobody has the obligation to help you earn money. We discuss something more meaningful regarding to SMRT.

1. So far what is the progress of MEGB to dispose their property? to whom? I guess after this done, Creador and SMRT will utilise the money for their payment (the money to bought MEGB's shares)

Any ideas?

dear fellow friends, SMRT had been playing the same game over and over for these past few weeks. It fly up for 1 day, catch all the bilis in and then down every day to kill contra player.... so those who wish to pick up these stock can wait until 0.545/0.540. Believe me, I've seen how it's play. Now repeating again. .

MEGB losses has reduced from 167mil to TTM 36mil. SMRT 4Q report is released end of March. If SMRT imports 31% of MEGB's P/L into it's income statement, it would be P/L for the period mid Feb til end March. 31% of 1 1/2 half month losses (not necessarily loss because MEGB stared making profit last Q) from MEGB is further split between SMRT&Creador. It would be insignificant after further offset by SMRT's increase in earning. How about the subsequent Q? Well, if they can reduce losses from 167mil to 36mil in 9 months, we should be optimistic about outcomes in June. I opine there's no issue regarding to the acquisition. The only thing needs to be comfirmed is acquisition cost of 112mil is a mistakenly reported by CIMB.

With such low volume can push 0.015 cents I can assumed that most of the sellers are gone. now only left with keeper. However T4 is coming. I think support will be 0.59 - 0.61 .. anything below 0.59 will be a bonus.

I believe Malaysia currency hitting new low will attract more overseas student come Malaysia for further studies. Smrt is consider very cheap now among all others education stocks eg Presbhd. PE only around 10x, whereas Presbhd close to PE30x. Seriously no brainer!

MEGB to pay SMRT

1. Management fees :- 5% of the monthly consolidated revenue of the MEGB Group of the
preceding month, subject to a minimum sum of RM125,000.00, which are inclusive of all taxes,
duties and surcharges of any nature payable on or by reference to such fees, save for goods
and services tax which shall be borne by MEGB.

2. Performance-based option:- Upon MEGB Group in aggregate, achieving within the 3rd financial
year from the commencement date of the Management Agreement (excluding any item of
exceptional gain or profit of non-recurring nature by MEGB);:
(i) RM5,000,000 profit after tax:- SASB may at its discretion subscribe for new MEGB Shares up
to 5% of the then existing issued and paid-up capital in MEGB;
(ii) RM10,000,000 profit after tax:- SASB may at its discretion subscribe for new MEGB Shares
up to a further five per centum (5%) of the then existing issued and paid-up capital in MEGB.
