I like its business activities, provide recurring income, but when I see the debt is 68M and the cash only 16M. so I hold on and put my money in myeg , better earning prospect.

Set a range for yourself la, for me below 60cents is no brainer, they are buying a net asset of 73cents, not 20 cents shares, if I got money, I will buy and buy SMRT at this price, but my money is stucked in other counters that has potential too

I see short term max is 70 cents la, when I says short term, I mean 1-2 months, but mid term (3-6 months), this company might rerate further

1. With CUCMS contributing 100% now, and synergies using MEGB capacity, more profits to SMRT
2. SMRT to receive professional management fee from MEGB
3. SMRT to move to main board after the completion of MEGB
4. MEGB to dispose their assets to enroute for asset light strategy
5. SMRT to win the pro-ELT
6. MEGB to minimise losses for FY2015 and turning into profits in FY2016

The most important factor is the winning of pro-ELT, that would increase fair value of 30-40cents to SMRT alone, and then the MEGB's turnaround
