Yea, should really diversified out from Malaysia. Malaysia is too much a laggard if compare with all the peers and easily manipulated by big operators. I prefer to buy into stocks that I'm comfortable with and hold for few years, at less I could sleep better at night and put my energy into my job

2 years ago same date it was below RM 1.00 so I wouldn't say that it's slow. Indeed there are more opportunities in the US stock markets since you can buy long or short sell.

I do see tech stocks to overtake some companies in KLCI in coming years! Frontken has got the potential alongside Inari and MPI maybe 2023 onwards these 3 could move up.

For bursa tech,I think is ok for long term, just u need to cope with the up and down movement, as the fund is reducing, political unstable. Lot and lot things that can govern the share price. I will still invest in bursa, but trying to put more time and money at usa.

@Eugene96 Dont be ignorant bro.. click the link below and find Total Short Selling. u will see frontken was shorted everyday, compare to others tech counter, frontken is the most shorted.. feel bad for frontken that is realy a good company but always shorted and forcing the price down. For the time being, i will sell my frontken and accept losses almost rm5k and im going to joint serba dinamik for a while..

@Eugene96 you can refer to killshorties link or register Mplus to see the RSS volume. This is the game, who can stay wins. Not logical to keep pushing until PE 100, then who would buy right? When good results are out especially next year, it will be time. If it pushes up to RM 5 sth next year and back down to 4 sth, those who bought at 5++ will be saying same thing =D wait for another year

The only local tech in my portfolio is Greatec

For tech exposure, i rather invest in US-listed companies. Tesla, Palantir, Square...these are the potential multi-baggers

I like Chinese tech too...bigger tailwinds compared to the US...Baba, Tencent. Valuations are reasonable 600-700+ billion market cap. They will follow FB soon in the 1 trillion companies
