xexlone, company proposed only, they need to apply for permission from bursa/SC, then after approved conduct EGM, then decide on the dates etc. Need to wait for announcements.

Strong indication yet that GST is very much on cards when the economy settles down as govt needs to source additional revenue from taxes. This will happen more earlier than we think...possibly as early as mid 2022

the additional contribution from workers hostel + mobile vaccination programme + mysafetravels government programme will start to contribute strongly from next quarterly onwards.
plus it's now 10+% discount from 2.2 earlier.

Bonus issue seem to cause excitement & rise in share price. The only theoretical basis for such a phenomenon is that it enhances trading liquidity hence the term liquidity premium. But for a very liquid low cost share like Myeg, there's really not much to gain.

If it's bonus on expensive share like Nestle than the liquidity premium would be very pronounced.
