Remarks :
The Board of Directors of MY E.G. Services Berhad ("MYEG" or "Company") ("Board") has proposed a final single-tier dividend of 1.03 sen per ordinary share in MYEG ("MYEG Share") in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2021 ("FY2021 Final Dividend").

On 23 June 2022, the shareholders of MYEG had at the Company's Twenty-First Annual General Meeting approved the FY2021 Final Dividend and authorised the Board to allot and issue such number of new MYEG Shares from time to time as may be required to be allotted and issued pursuant to the dividend reinvestment plan ("DRP").

The Board had on the same day determined that the DRP will apply to the FY2021 Final Dividend, in which the entire FY2021 Final Dividend can be elected to be reinvested into new MYEG Shares.

On 10 August 2022, on behalf of the Board, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad had announced that the issue price of the new MYEG Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRP for the FY2021 Final Dividend had been fixed at RM0.715 per MYEG Share.
