If gov want to cancel contract, can simply cancel it. Why extend one more month? Does make sense. The deal is still on, more details need to be ironed out and to be finalized. Smart people will buy more!!! Opportunity time!!!

Most smart money has algorithm to detect news. Since the recent new rated as negative for Myeg, the smart money tooks the opportunity to shakeout weak holders.
You can see the amount of stock that they bought so that they can sell when the government announce the good news later.

Just follow the smartmoney pattern.
