Looking at the volume the past 1 week operator may easily push down the price if they want to. Something that ikan bilis like us cannot hold. Instead, they put huge resistant blocks and support blocks for 1.28 - 1.33 range. Dunno why.
I may agree with Riaz1954 view on that manipulation or control or whatever u call it.
