Another favourite trick is dealing suspension! Has anybody worked out why stock was suspended the entire day 2 weeks back....for no reason. The update meant nothing and served no useful purpose other create more uncertainty.

MyEg has the infrastructure in place, scalable business. If no foreign worker, can do insurance, road tax. If no test-kit, can go e-government services. They have launched e-buy & delivery. So is a company that u wld want to hold for its growth. On top of that, if GST does come back, then is a bonus.

waiting for 2 things, quarterly results and contract renewal, unitl then up and down, playing the game. As to license to sell financial services, i guess they have captured customers, and can provide loans etc online with good margins. This appears to be the case in Philippines. All good but need to see evidence! Myeg owner like to dabble in many things soem will work some will not.

the ESOS means MYEG is still the sole provider for most of government online services in future . this includes the renewal of foreign workers' work permits; renewal of motor vehicle road tax; computerised theory test for drivers' licences; transfer of vehicle owners as well as various information searches, payments and applications to numerous Malaysian government ("Government") agencies. and maybe more contracts on the horizon. IN SHORT ,BUSINESS AS USUAL.

There are some positive indications

1) Dividend Reinvestment Policy - Retained cash flow of the Company - Seem reserve for expansion purpose. This is a clear indication to growth

2) ESOS - Management intend to hold more position in this Company

3) Provision of financial service - E-Banking. The Company need shareholders approval before obtained the e-banking license. If this E-Bank License awarded, based on their foreign workers database it immediately can tap it. Further will be the foreign workers pay management service (maybe will be regulated by Government just like those centralised hostels in future).

Expecting a hit first quarter due to additional expenses from diversification. Hopefully the results are clear and shown income growth from services other than concessionary. Important to get the results and contract sorted out soon, otherwise more uncertainties
