Just u need to stanby to subascribe to the right issue at 10 cents each per share for every single share to held, otherwise ur share price will dilute.

My advise is buy after right issue.

puchong god only know whether warrant c can raise to 1 cents.
now everybody are disposing to avoid subscribe to the right.
Preserve cash is better than subscribe as world cup nearby who know the price after right dilute and world cup will make it plunged further, may be worse than after right price.

Otherwise why the director keep disposed their share in order to avoid subscribe too much the right issue.
