Sometimes markets overreacted on director selling warrant. Selling warrants and selling shares might tells a different stories.

When the price of warrant is overvalued in relation to its exercise price to the mother price, and directors knows the company is performing better and wants to buy more shares of the company, they will sell warrants outside trading hours and expect the share price to drop, and collect cheap at open market to remain stealth. This is a strategy. Sell high profile, buy low profile.

so if you done enough study to convince yourself that a company will perform well in the future, don't care of the director sell warrant or whatever, simply go with ur guts. And patients is very important in investing under such circumstances.

if people are afraid to proceed with buy call due to the NAPS value, please look at other tech counter. Look at inari look at dsonic. NTA is not a limiting factor for a share to fly. In tech counter, earning is the key consideration.

ts jobs-in-hand amount is currently RM103.6 million including a RM71.1 million job obtained from the Inland Revenue Board in 2013.
