TS CMY and Mr Cooleye has 400 millions and 13.3 millions share in MBSB,. Thay are waiting, they can afford to wait.They did not sell any.and they never panic because to them they invested and keep their mindset as a share partner..so do i and many..

I my humble opinion, the Board of Directors, EPF and Tan Sri CMY should not allow syndicates and operators to control the share price of MBSB. It is very damaging to MBSB and it has gone on for too long. I think nearly 18 months to be precise. Sorry, just my opinion only.

We refer to the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposed Merger. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements in relation to the Proposed Merger.

 

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank and AmInvestment Bank wish to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 28 December 2017 approved the listing of and quotation for 225,507,974 Consideration Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Acquisition subject to the following conditions:-

 

(i) MBSB, RHB Investment Bank and AmInvestment Bank must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Acquisition;

 

(ii) MBSB, RHB Investment Bank and AmInvestment Bank to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Acquisition;

 

(iii) MBSB, RHB Investment Bank and AmInvestment Bank to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Acquisition and Proposed Merger are completed; and

 

(iv) MBSB to furnish Bursa Securities with a certified true copy of the resolutions passed by the shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting approving the Proposed Acquisition and Proposed Merger.
