If we don't have confidence in PBBank shares, I don't seem to see any reason why we should have more trust in the OTHER (banking) STOCKS???

Fellow prospective investors,
Maybe, more money may come into PBB.
Shareholders of other shares may rebalance their portfolios over time.
Trying to get lowest price of PBB may be idealistic.
With
1) Good dividend coming,
2) Shareholders of other stocks rebalancing porfolio to become PBB shareholders,
3) Economy reopening, recovery, & rebounding, PBB share price is slowly moving up.

You may want to consider investing some now to capture the dividend and hold some hoping for a lower price. Otherwise, you may miss the boats/opportunity completely in the event PBB move even futher up and up.

A bird in hand is better than many in the bushes.
