I don't think epf sells down other stocks as much as it dumps pbb. It is unusual. It's been going every single day since 4/1/2021. Any hidden agenda?

The EPF has just exhausted its cash reserves for the paid out 47 billions on 2020 dividend, but has the capacity of 6+ billions monthly collection, which for the month should be coming in .... it probably wants to keep the price at a favourable level for it to buy back the bluechip gem?

EPF from 2/Nov/2020 until 1/3/2021 , had sold 1,216,661,850 share ... ~ 1.2B ringgit.
but the price from 2/Nov/2020 2.98 until 1/3 is 4.23....

With a disposal of 10.157m shares on March 1st, current total shareholdings left is 14.99 %.
It has gone below 15%.

Perhaps, a reviewing, rebalancing, and right balancing are in progress due to many $requirements & $requests. Furthermore, the current changing environment may necessitate a change to shareholding portfolio. Any further disposal will result in further reduction of shareholding further below 14.99 %.

More retail investors than few large institutional shareholders are prefered to reduce volume and volatility as well as establish stability, security, and sureness.
New or current large shareholders mopping up these shares will more probably invest for middle- to long-term. Let's hope PBB will rise sooner than later.
