Over subscription is normal. From what I M aware of, most RI or IPO usually over subscribe. Nothing to boast about that single digit over subscription. Umw OG RI got listed today and both its mother and warrants appreciated. They announced the same RI back in May and the share price has been beaten down 50%. Almost similar to MRCB

from what i observed many companies share price up around 10% ~ 20% one month after issuance of new share & warrant. hope this will happen to mrcb too.
