this counter now is like doing garage sell to boost liquidity. Somemore got timebomb like PKNS-NGD court tussle. EDL highway resolution is not total buy-off by govt, collecting toll when can it breakeven and turn green? Plus the most sarcastic is lose in construction projects. Reform take times, good luck comrade, cutting lose just to leave this. Orderbook not strong, only hope is the KL Sentral but which is still builting, FY14 i guess still eat west-north wind...cham

if you guys read CIMB report, 2 date is important: 3rd jan 2014 high court decision and 1st jan 2014, government action on EDL. This mean have another month to struggle....

it will definitely stimulate, like starcraft stimpack, hyper a while but then mati pucuk afterthat. Anyone still recall PLUS highway operator use how many years to breakeven on their account? MRCB financial statement is too koyak, gearing spike, P/BV 2.x showing overbuy, KL sentral like never finish one, many outstanding job continue burning money. The most miserable is project based company if kena LAD penalty is totally disaster, haven't taste the profit then sudah kena cucuk, this will cause the whole project management in jeopardy. No orderbook, direction not clear. Only know still fighting with PKRS on Gapurna thing...gonna be next MAS if continue behave like this....

now those hold this counter is like gamble, hope there is good news and boost up the price. The more i read their annual report, after KL Sentral i cannot see other mega project. Nusa garpuna is their last bet. wallap the landbank, also their debt. But PKRS really that easy let go? If really that lucky PKRS let go and compensate then another quarter net lose again. If all going smooth, FY14 is the year no revenue generate but project costing. Only FY15 can see the sunshine. So FY2014 i outside farm a year first, FY15 come back take back my losing part x.x

Tend to agree with tofuman, no hope this year, hopefully FY2015 we could see some gain and that too depends on the leadership & direction next year. I am also holding this counter and waiting for it to move up and cut losses.

It seems MRCB also involve and but now their position is trying to sell off their only 30% share for stimulate cash flow. Again,liquidity issue, MRCB very keen to sell whatever they have and only hope is Gapurna's landbank...

koyak71, never advice people sale or buy. But look like all people should alert on US site, they gonna vote for the debt issue again. Then those drama melayu confirm will drag down the market sentiment. Plus QE, US never end this kind of trick, there's always a timebomb mining over there. Look see now, pick fundamental solid one, trace on government ETP activity. I can smell MRT2 is around the corner this month...
