this news fishy. MRCB suddenly pull handbreak by not selling their premises. meaning to say they have confidence EDL toll collection will be pass, then now no need to sell asset to boost liquidity?

Its true mrcb will collect EDL toll if what wahid omar said not to pay compensation to toll operator. Thats why they cancel to sell property.

MRCB acquisition seen positive; rating kept

MALAYSIAN RESOURCES CORP BHD
By Hong Leong Investment Bank
Buy (Target price: RM2.06)

Malaysian Resources Corp Bhd (MRCB) has entered into an agreement with Arch Angel DMC Sdn Bhd (AADMC) to acquire a 70% stake in Arch Angel Capital Sdn Bhd (AAC) for a total of RM34mil.

The deal is expected to be completed by December 2013.

Arch Angel Capital has entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Putrajaya Holdings for a piece of 1.84-acre freehold land known as Plot 2C4, Precinct 2, Putrajaya.

The acquisition has yet to be completed.

For starter..im also depends on the institution analyst..it makes me jump at 1.80..and so fuckup next week after they celebrate their pru winner..all the way market got temp correction..and major stock rebound back..yet this MRCroniesBiacth still stay low of their MA..

The free warrant they gave also gud-for-nothing..im so desperate yet have to cut loss at 1.30 after waiting so passionate at the so called +RM2..and god bless me..i gain from another stock..

Even i will never touch MRCB anymore..period..i will thankful MRCB to give me lesson how the big picture of KLSE..
