If you monitoring this counter closely, you would realize that the queues were falsely created or deleted and transacted to show fake volume.

The fake queue number is normal imo. Dont think its obvious enough or maybe just peolpe having dilemma to buy or sell this counter. Bursa prohibits spoofing the buy/sell order, if get caught spoofing can get banned (cmiiw). but still spoofing is a misconduct.

For this counter to break 0.40, we have to wait till UEMS is at least 0.60 so that it doesn't look so bad being a GLC of the same sector.

Dah beli hold beli simpan tak payah hari2 bingung harga naik atau turun.
Ikut chart harga pasti naik 4 minggu ni memang ding2 dong2 bila masa tiba terus lilin panjang .

Actually UH didn't dispose. It was lent out but it was considered its holdings counted although those shares were lent out. They are still the actual shareholders of those shares (still), until those shares are returned back to UH, then it will be back to > 5%.
Lend out to institution investors (they want the tickets) for...? Hmmm, not sure.
