Ya. in 2022, UEMS also 0.35-0.38 range, now 0.39? Still not really going too high. But if they start to dump, it will affect the whole Ppty sector sentiment and.. all other stks will....

So, if wanna to punt or speculate, do it carefully. Don't be trapped and stuck. Hopefully these stocks can go up for a few more days/weeks.

Pelaburan 10 kali ganda mrcb akan mengikuti tidak lama lagi.
Bertahan atas 350 minggu depan akan memecah 370

Pakatan Harapan akan menang besar walaupun umno dilihat kurang sokongan Melayu namun Melayu tidak bodoh kerana kalahkan umno tidak akan dapat tumbangkan kerajaan malah hanya merugikan mereka sendiri.

I averaged some of this from '18-'23 to accumulate the dividend. EPF & Gapurna took up big truckloads of scrip(364mil & 769mil respectively) for the '17 rights issue @79c so I doubt they will stop at 40c! It's also in their interest to goreng up closer to $1 to entice warrantholders to give them free $$$ closer to 2027.

MRCB was heavily traded last Friday. Investors (or speculators?) who had bought last Friday have to pay up by today or face forced selling tomorrow. Looking at the price movement, I think most people still believe that MRCB could move up further.
