lol jolie2 i hardly think so, no point for valuecap to pick it up
valuecap is to ensure our market is safe even foreign fund retreat
mrcb doesn't have much foreign fund involve, only 10% from what I read in June, so I don't think there's any need for valuecap to support it.

generally construction sector should be benefited from Budget 2016 as it's the first Budget Announcement for 11MP
