bought this last year @ 1.30+ n ave down small a few times to ave 1.24. Finally Sold at 1.27 for a cup of teh tarik n roti chanai. am happy :) oh I did receive the divvy which was good for a nice meal at Thai Thong. Thank God for that :) Long live divvy LOL. good luck to all holders :)

sunway construction is at pe 15x at current price 1.30
mrcb is at pe 7.3X only at current price 1.27.
With superb growth story, mrcb pe should be at least 10X
At PE 10x, mrcb shall be priced at 1.75.... still can move about 40% upward.

Continue to accumulate and keep until 2016. Beautiful story coming soon in 2016

although mrcb gearing is high, they are in the process of restructuring where some further asset may be inject into REIT
Debt is good. It is a Good Debt as it turn into profit later.
Same to us, We use margin to buy stock when market is good to make more money.

govt have to increase revenue from public-private partnership as oil revenue drop. Also the development expenditure budget has been increase this year and go to this partnership deal. They have to show result before the next election come. MRCB will gain from this deal.

mrcb project fees is rm 50 mil per yer for lrt3
+ contractor works for lrt 3 is rm 20 mil per year
total increase net profit annually = rm 70 mil
now with the sport complex project... will expect to provide another rm 10 mil per year

total extra profit is rm 80 mil per year. This will growth eps about 20-30% .

midf give a tp price of 2.16 per share. Fair enough mrcb for this price if to include all this additional new profit.
