are you acting don't know or you asking seriously? lol. MRCB support at 1.24-1.26. If you sell now, you're kinda stupid. 1.33 I suppose you bought after result and private placement announcement. So recently there is nothing wrong happening, and with good news many big international funds are interested to MRCB, why do you have to sell now?

biggest news is they going to approve additional 20% private issue on 21st general meeting . at discount price max 10% . profit in future will be dilute 20% . is this big effect enough ? dont be too optimistic when you buy share .

If you're experience investor, you should already know the effect has been taken into the discounted share price. Does not matter the fact has already happen or not, price will react to the news immediately. People who invest accordingly to what the books tell, lost money most of the time. news regarding private placement already take into account when the price is RM1.5. current price have reflect private placement which is close enough to private placement expected price.

LuckyG - why worry about private placement and profit dilution...PP will help strengthening balance sheet and lower gearing. MRCB has lot of assets but no cash. Now is the time to get big investors comin and use their cash to grow the business. Collect now before its too late!!

private placement is better than right issue
not everyone have extra cash to subscribe the right issue
20% is the maximum, around 16% is the minimum
if you really like to dig into math, you know you shouldn't directly minus 20% as dilution
the correct way to calculate is 1/1.2=0.833, about 16%, not 20%

The dilution effect has already reflected to the share price. So if you buy at around 1.24-1.34. There is nothing wrong keeping for me. It is kinda stupid to sell now. Basic investment knowledge also don't know.
