EPF is one of the top major shareholder. They sell a bit no effect one la. profit a little only. Then when price go down they collect again.

Yeah baby~ Yesterday got FB live telling bursa will cold down after too hot. When I listened on him then I feel happy cause everytime ppl looks down on it then it will turn up. Again, as long as those trading acc r active. Trading won't stop. You know wat I means.

i think the upcoming QR, bursa will earn between 10.5 to 12c. So half year eps is about 18.5 to 20c. Estimated full yr eps is 35c-40c. I take lower eps on the safe side which is 35c. So if market give PE 20 = RM7. PE 25= RM8.75 and PE 30=RM10.50. Current bursa PE is near to 30 and historically it hangd around 25.

Market today should not compare to previous valuation. Everything would be overvalued. I think PE 30 is justifiable

wanna guess what the upcoming EPS? i'm guessing 10.5 to 12c. So 1st half is 18.5 to 20c. Also, upcoming QR will declare div. Div policy is 75%. So ii guess is about 14c which should equivalent to full year DY of 3.5%. Bursa div is around that range.

My view is it hardly go further, +-RM8.50 consider fair value comprised of projected Q2 performance. It has surged from RM7.30 one week plus ago where the time we are discussing.
