I have bought this stock at 27, 2 months back i think, I think some funds is doing the buying and selling only. Keep holding for 31.50. hopefully. 4u2c, i think people are controlling the price, because very low volume, so even 1 lot at the last minutes can cause big price change. so I am not too worry.

there is no problem, mitsubishi ufj and aberdeen both belongs to Aberdeen group, if u follow up with the group, they keep dispose from other Msia counter as well. it might be the group decision because of the QE or other reason. there is nothing to do with the UTDPLT performance itself

short term there is no much good news, wages raise, mt/hec down due to weather, replanting going on... but for long term i believe the management team. and dividend record is superb. the company used to have the highers yield in malaysia

Announced dividend only. Not yet ex. After ex-date, only the price will reduce to accommodate dividend paid. Ex-date is 29-04-2014. It is a waiting game:)

1) A Final Single-tier dividend of 22.5% for year ended 31 December 2013.
2) A Special Single-tier dividend of 41.25% for year ended 31 December 2013.

I bought 1000 shares since feb 14, I'm newbie and bought this counter for long term invest, how to calculate exactly how much I can receive for the dividend? should -25% tax rite?

This is another diamond... ShanKhoo: you will receive 63.75 or rm637.50 for your 1,000 shares or 1 lot. There is no tax reduction as both dividend are TE (Tax exempted or Single-tier)
