The 4th quarter result is very good, EPS 0.62, beating Q1 0.05, Q2 0.11, Q3 0.16, sum up all Q1 to Q3 also cannot beat result for Q4. Very good improvement for new management! Clap clap~~

if u look at the history, normally their AGM is at July. And they proposed a change of company name, seek approve at AGM. So, i think they will wait until AGM, then change name. Then shareholder definitely will ask when release PN17, they will announce then. i guess.

While IRCB’s regularisation plan was completed on Nov 3, 2014, IRCB remains a PN17 company until it is able to chalk net profit in two consecutive quarterly results immediately after completing the implementation of the plan. This is subject to a limited review by an external auditor and approvals from Bursa Malaysia.

So got two consecutive profit d. Will be coming out of pn17 soon. When ar? Just buy and keep for medium term sure win.
